My late wife was fighting to stay alive after a very serious operation during Covid; she did not have Covid, neither did I, but I couldn't be with her due to hospital rules. She died alone, without my support. I will never, ever forgive that.

My wife of 47 years also passed at that time, not from the "pandemic", but a serious operation that was the last straw for her weakened body, and I could not be with her. I interred her ashes in the back yard, in a Living Urn with a tree on top. Forgive, but not forget...🙏

Reducing calories sensibly and walking will get the job done. I dropped 30 lbs in 3 months by eating sensibly and walking 3 miles a night at a brisk pace. There's no quick fix, you've got to do the work.
