You guys I’m OK. I am honestly very lucky to walk away unscathed. I was driving carefully the whole time, and the trail was a little bit more challenging than I expected. Fortunately, the snowmobile did not tip over on me and it just threw me off 😩. I hit my head but I had on a helmet. I still have to pay 400$ to replace the windshield. I have a whole rant that I will be putting on my YouTube video soon 😬

I just fell off of a snowmobile. Im never doing that again 😩

I love tagging businesses, even when I pay for things. Over these past few years, I’ve traveled to so many places, and I’ve paid for most of it, and I still tag the businesses, especially if I have a great experience. The problem lies with someone trying to make me sign a contract saying that I will tag them after I paid. Not cool.

OK I’ll explain my past tweet and then I’m done. After I paid for a photoshoot, this photographer sends me a model release to sign controlling where, how, and if I could use the photos I paid for including tagging him. The same model released granted him the rights to use them however he wanted to, which means this photo shoot will benefit him more than it would benefit the paying client. Very shady business.

Should a Photographer force a model to tag them in their photos after the model paid for their session? I usually do this out of courtesy, but I’m not signing a contract saying that I have to do so.

Decided to work with a Professional Photographer after saying I wasn’t going to work with Photographer’s anymore and he reminded me why I’m not working with Photographers anymore. 😬
