I called 311 in NYC about a nonusable fire escape assigned to my apartment in NYC. Resulted in my landlord increasing my rent $300 per month when my lease was up. Totally sucked. Unfair but try to get landlord to comply without pissing them the hell off.

Yes, an excellent example. Having Whooping cough was absolutely miserable for over 3 months straight. I broke many ribs from coughing. Itโs called the 100 day cough, and thatโs at a minimum. A baby or child would be in even more severe distress/pain.
