Over 35 weeks, I've given 87 talks in 76 different schools, travelling just under 13,000 miles all around the UK. Estimated 16,500 young people and their teachers learning about #HIV including the vital #uequalsu message. Thank you to all the teachers who support my work.

My 33rd #worldaidsday since being diagnosed #HIVpositive. A day to remember all those who died from #AIDS as well as those living with #HIV today, particularly my fellow long-term survivors. Proudly wearing my @theaidsmemorial t-shirt and #RedRibbon.

Day trip to @SheffieldHigh today before QPR v Middlesbrough tonight. This was 13th visit since 2009 to share my Positive Voice talk with 6th form pupils. Ensuring everyone knows about HIV as it is today as well as some of the challenges that still need to be addressed.

Second half of the autumn term begins tomorrow with a trip to Sheffield. I'll be speaking at 20 schools across the UK over the next six weeks. Every Positive Voice talk I give ensures young people hear up to date knowledge about #HIV including the #uequalsu message.

For any teachers who follow me, this would be a great way to mark World AIDS Day in 1st December.

Wonderful 3 days in Bologna with B. Blessed with blue skies and sunshine. Loved the walk through porticoes from San Luca church back to the city. So much delicious food and wine. Recharged ready for second half of term with 20 more school talks booked in.

My 28th & 29th Positive Voice talks for this term delivered to fantastic Year 12 students @CherwellEnrich this morning. Been speaking @CherwellSchool since 2007 and this was my 18th visit. Great to meet a teacher who still remembered my talk from 12 years ago when he was a pupil.
