#justeat if food is not delivered you have to refund, restaurant was out of stock so couldn't send all my order, Was told to get a refund from just eat. No refund just a credit on my account. This is the 2nd time this happened

And Uber won't refund me because I've had to many refunds, what do they expect when every order is wrong

2/2 they called me back! He tried to sell me a more expensive contract. Asked for a manager they refused and insisted on transferring me to the faults department. Then I find out I need to complain through the app!!! Lutho in faults dept is very helpful

@JustEatUK It's fine I got my bank to chargeback for the amount of refund I was due

@JustEatUK got an order with no food but 2 lots of drinks cost me over £30 to reorder missing items, got a £28 credit on just eat. Total scam and a beach of consumer rights act. Customer service just refuse to refund. Going back to Uber eats
