I really wish people would understand that mental health is just as real as physical health. I haven’t been eating or sleeping. I’m absolutely exhausted. It hurts when people say it doesn’t exist. Try being in someone’s head that has mental health. Then maybe you’d understand.💔

kindness. kindness is something that we should all have. i went to see d-day on my own, these 2 girls who where sat behind me, started whispering about me and started saying how i was “sad” for sitting on my own. then when i cried during certain songs they would make fun of me.
