Great thread… I think it’s imperative to demand that quick escalation to SCOTUS and then abide by whatever happens. In the current political climate, I think it’s finally acceptable to say ‘we dispute the lower court’s authority in this matter, not merely its decision, and will abide by nothing less than a SCOTUS ruling on the matter’
