@FlorentWaltz Not a simple answer! 1) we find Manta with Thecamonas rather than within CRuMs; 2) while our analyses are robust regarding the root position, the deep relationships on either side of the root are not fully resolved, making it hard to know which clade is the 'deepest' branching.
