Fascinating post on English/Latin language connections.

My sister's fabulous buche de Noël that we just finished last night. The candied cranberries were next level.
A change from all the beef - my buche de Noel. Swiss roll made of chocolate sponge with orange infused chantilly cream covered with chocolate buttercream. Decorated with cocoa-dusted meringue mushrooms, candied orange peel and sugared cranberries and rosemary. @ChefGruel
