Pan Sonic “Kuvaputki” was released on DVD 16 years ago! I started filming in 1998; I officially met Panasonic in 1997 at the Westbeth Arts Center in NYC. The best show I have ever seen for an electronic act to this day.

Today marks the 7th anniversary of Mika Vainio’s tragic passing. We miss his art, and we morn him as the most human of humans and the most exquisite of artists.

I had the honor of contributing to this biography on Alan Vega. For me, a memory time in the studio with Alan, Mika, and Ilpo. Alan’s widow, Liz, has masterfully brought one of the great artists of our time to light with a vast array of contributions art and music world.
