@ShantRS @NateSilver538 It absolutely can. Margin of error is small on a survey with this large of a sample (2.5%.) Typically 600 is the "standard" sample size to be able to accurately survey NYC (albeit with a higher error.) This is an unusually large survey -- and done in 5 languages.
