@schmutzie It's so strange, I was just thinking of her the other day. I never met her, but her blog was so beautiful in its heyday. She taught so many people that their voices matter too.

@SweetSpotRD I will say though, Fresh Prep involves a lot of chopping. They aren’t quick to put together.

@XiMeNaKa I don't think you'll lose work. And if you do, it will be replaced with more meaningful work.

@mr_ericdyck Same. After ep 2 I felt like this show wasn’t really for me but continued out of support for local industry friends. Then… this. It was beautiful.

@erikmissio @fodderfigure I remember you also writing an amazing news article about Britney Spears and Kevin Federline (hey, K-Fed) that made me laugh so hard that I'm currently laughing thinking about that laughter.

@klaszus Paper prices are through the roof right now. It's why so many magazines are going to every other month (or quarterly).

@schmutzie @2Hbloominglate I remember taking a "Queer Literature" course in university in CALGARY in 1995. 1995!

Hey you all! I'll be on @CBCHomestretch in about a half hour talking about how we all should be frequenting out old favourites and not just new and shiny restaurants. #yyc #yycfood

@Patricia_Ann_E @nytimes Ugh. Hate this. I’d rather sit by a baby than someone who’s drinking excessively or is overly chatty. When you go out in public you have to interact with other humans, even if you’re paying a premium.

@JasonvanRassel I was in two minor accidents this month. The first two in my 30 years of driving.

@carter_AB @kourtpenner People aren’t going to shelters for some reason. We need to figure out why. That’s what I know.

@carter_AB @kourtpenner And I agree, we need viable long-term solution including figuring out what to do for people who refuse help at shelters. But on this day in this weather I’d rather feel uncomfortable on the train than hear about people freezing to death.
