If Cy-Fair ISD confirms the policy forcing staff to "out" transgender students to their parents, it will become rule for more than 200,000 students in the Houston area between Katy and Cy-Fair ISDs. Conroe ISD could be next.

@HoustonChron The board also eliminated health as a high school graduation requirement (4-2), but it will remain as an elective. Opt-in sex ed instruction for high schoolers will now take place in biology. The career exploration class, PACE, will remain a requirement
