@hannah_final love it!!! attempts to differentiate itself by focusing on doing one experience very well. while figma is vastly more configurable, that power comes with the overhead associated with hunting down the specific options you're looking for

was able to reduce clutter in the editor quite a lot by only showing actions for connections while a connection is focused

nodes are now focusable, and some keyboard shortcuts have been exposed, such as backspace, shown here one of my values on this project is to avoid re-implementing features that the DOM provides. here i can use HTML focus selector, and get the node key via dataset attribute

i'm an engineer trying to sharpen my design skill. with a couple more months of contract work behind me, i've attempted to apply my learnings to my flowchart app's quick-start menu, mostly related to spacing and type hierarchy. where should i focus my studies next? after/before
