@DaylenDraws hard colors then blur the edges depending on the smoothness of the transition. it takes some time to get used to but once you master it everything clicks together do you know how to work w soft and hard edges?

@DaylenDraws i think they use solid colors and then use a blur tool for the parts with softer transitions. or they use a brush that changes density with pressure
