you literally just said why of it, "Concept art", It is a sketch or early idea, it is not always 100% that it will come out the same as the drawn art or the 3D model, due to last minute changes or internal decisions of the author or the design team.

Ah yes, an AI that can modify the textures of a material for the item icons in the shop. Most of them are human errors, probably caused by someone who was not paying attention while doing it or in a rush to have to launch the shop at the requested time.

I hate how ugly it looks, it's that the in-game store interface doesn't work for a website. On top of how bad the skin previews look like, I let it go because it's not finished, but I think does it much better than epic.
