RECUSE
Jefferson Griffin won’t take no for an answer. Today, he appealed a Wake County Superior Court’s decision to toss out his anti-democratic attempt to silence over 65,000 voters. That appeal goes to the very court on which he now sits – with two other judges, Valerie Zachary and Thomas Murry, who donated to him through their campaign committees. Griffin, Zachary, and Murry must recuse themselves. If they are going to uphold the judicial systems’ tenants of impartiality and fairness, they’ll recuse now.
