@Delta I'd rather not. It was too see my dying father and your airline couldn't even accommodate assisting me with bereavement fares after the fact. Because who is really thinking about bereavement fares when they get a call that they need to get across the country as fast as possible?

Used @Delta last week to see my dying father. It wasn't made clear on their policy that bereavement flights had to be booked directly through them and are not retroactive. I've never flown Delta and was hoping I would get a better response given the circumstance.
