My Story with @BasedChicks on @base Launching @BasedChicks is not just an art project; it is a life story and a dream that has been with me for a long time. My Personal Story The art I created is inspired by my beloved son, Mousa, who passed away due to illness. Mousa had a deep love for chickens, and I decided to honor his memory through this artwork. But the story goes much deeper. I endured 13 years of war in my country, during which I lost everything: my father, my mother, my three brothers, my son Mousa, my grandfather, my home, my childhood, and even my memories. Today, all I have left are my children and a dream of giving them a better future. The Project’s Goal My decision to immigrate to Canada is not an easy one, but it is the only option I see to secure my children's future. I want to give them the safety, stability, and decent life that I was deprived of. However, immigration costs are extremely high. After working hard on @BasedChicks and with the support of friends, I have reached 70% of my goal, but I still need 1.18 (approximately $4,000) to make this dream a reality.
