@united the situation at ORD is unconscionable. 2 hours delayed in the terminal, now we’ve sat for 2 hours on the plane. It all could have been avoided if you hadn’t had the original delay because of low staffing. I’m in serious danger of missing my son’s birthday tomorrow.
