Some sad news to pass along about changes to our wonderful little morning show: Global has decided to move forward with a single-host format, which means I will no longer be co-hosting alongside the lovely Paul Brothers.

My conversation with @wilsack this morning about the tent encampment eviction deadline being today. As of midnight tonight, all of the residents living at 5 encampments across HRM are expected to have vacated.

The deadline is officially here. HRM has decided to shut down 5/11 designated tent encampments within the city. Things are quiet at Grand Parade this morning: 15-20 residents still remain in the ~dozen tents still here despite eviction warnings. @globalhalifax
