I'm not fatphobic but there are so many wrong things with overweight people that claim to have anorexia and anorexia symptoms...no I definitely do not think that u need to be underweight to have ana but we all know how people get diagnosed so i don't make the rules

that means losing like 3.5 kgs in a week which is nearly impossible for ppl with a normal bmi only if ur overweight and eat much less than u used to but otherwise I think its impossible to maintain
do it 2 times a day for results in just one week!! I tried it myself and lost 5 cms on my upper thighs!!

omg I struggle with this too but what made me see results was cutting off all types of bread and anything that contains yeast + sweets and ofc working out 3 times a week I'll attach some helpful videos!!

just let some milk boil then add some sugar or anything to make it a bit sweet, then add semolina and start mixing A LOT!! don't stop mixing until the consistency is like creamy mashed potatoes (idk how to explain) then let it cool down and enjoy!!
