bcs of all that protein and the workout they are probably overweight according to bmi but their body fat is probably like 6% or less and I personally could NEVER handle having a bmi over 23

that means losing like 3.5 kgs in a week which is nearly impossible for ppl with a normal bmi only if ur overweight and eat much less than u used to but otherwise I think its impossible to maintain

200 cal filling meal!!!
just let some milk boil then add some sugar or anything to make it a bit sweet, then add semolina and start mixing A LOT!! don't stop mixing until the consistency is like creamy mashed potatoes (idk how to explain) then let it cool down and enjoy!!
