TW: WEIGHTLOSS. I'm not one to fixate, but I just found out I've lost around 15kg since LAN. I haven't changed my eating habits, I didn't go on any diets and my goal in the gym is purely to challenge my own strength . To see that it's changed me beyond reducing stress is cool ig.

2023 was the best Christmas present I could have received. Despite being arguably the most difficult year mentally it is by far the happiest one. The amount of amazing people I've met this year alone would put past me in a coma. I'm entering 2024 with a full and open heart, ilysm.

They compare the frequency thresholds between men, women who take oral contraceptives and women that don't. Can you explain its relevance to game performance? I struggle to understand.
