This creates a problem: If A’s life is threatened unless he kills B, it would follow that B’s life is threatened unless he kills A. A has a greater claim to B’s body under your view, because he can end it in order to preserve this own. But what of B’s claim to A’s body? After all, his life can also be preserved if he ends A’s life. Are both actions justified?

@MonarchoHoppean @thisissu_ The aggressor is not making a claim in the sense you’ve agreed to. The aggressor willingly and knowingly engages in the conflict—Therefore not making in ownership claim, because he’s knowingly not acting in accordance with a conflict avoiding norm (a right).
