I am no fan of the Dutch government. But that greenpeace can win a case in court to force government policy seems like it is contrary to the idea of separation of powers. If a court can force government policy , is that court not acting like it is the government? But unelected.

I thought @TOTO_NL was state owned. So the state is making the laws and the state owned entity abusing the law to be more profitable. Is that not concerning @Ksa_Nederland Structurally shouldn't there be separation between law makers and those profiteering off the laws they make?

It doesn't seem to be in question or that important but the "Do you have proof of the $1 million you had to give to beast philanthropy" in the MrBeast lawyer's document just has some lines of text. No date. That's then not the proof requested.

Also the MrBeast Tee/Hoodie Refund Offer terms are interesting. It's only valid until december 23 - not sure that was clear. And I'm not sure what this means "A waiver of any portion of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of any other portion of these Terms".

This, from the Mr Beast, provided evidence document (which seems to be his lawyers) is interesting. Clearly the second image IS a CGI explosion that completely covers the first one. Extra points for noticing the RAW and FINAL are not the same frame.

Naroditsky is clear he thinks the videos are "hate" and "malice", which is a different procedure. Yet he appears to have falsely filed under copyright because it removes opinions he doesn't like faster. I understand why he doesn't like them - but that is plain censorship. 2/2
