@ccxv00 Hello, We are sorry you didn't find customer support to be helpful to you. Eddie Bauer policy is such that items do need to be returned to be refunded, even if an incorrect item is sent. Instead of an exchange process with us, it is more of a return and reorder process.

@MorefromMoose Hello, Unfortunately, the store was right. We aren't able to accept returns for items that have been worn or used. EDDIE BAUER RETURN POLICY Purchases can be returned or exchanged in original unworn/unused condition w/ proof of purchase w/in 60 days of the purchase date.

@mrkhedut It's normal for our store staff to remove product tags for customers. Items purchased in store need to be returned in store per Eddie Bauer policy. Here is the link that explains: Perhaps there is a store closer to you where you can take it w/ receipt

@iMangesh_Tango Hello, The order isn't showing up in records. Warranties are honored for purchases made within the past yr. for purchases prior to June 7, 2024 with a receipt. You confirmed an order number, so we can send you $25 electronic gift card. You would dm an email address to get it. Thx

@iMangesh_Tango An order number would have gone to your email address in case that is still in your email records and not been deleted. We would need that as proof of purchase since there is no receipt. All we can offer as a goodwill gesture is a $20 gift card if you DM an email address. Thx.

@AtlPR Hello, Our return policy does state that there is a return fee. We want to be good to you though. If after you have returned the item in the size that didn't work out for you, you let us knw via DM the original order number, we can as a one time courtesy waive the return fee.
