This cycle is difficult if you don't use Bitcoin as a guiding compass for shitcoin entries/exits. Before, you could use Ethereum, Solana and even some exchange-tokens as proxies. Now you're a prisoner to Bitcoin's range highs and lows or you're forced into the on-chain trenches where most people just get dumped on mercilessly.
