Callie Bentley is All State for the 2nd straight year running 18:10 and finishing in 20th place! It was an extremely fast race and possibly the fastest state meet ever! The team finished in 21st place which is a great accomplishment! This is 21st in the entire state...in Indiana we do not have classes. All of the girls gave their all and it was a great finish to the season!

There will be a sendoff tomorrow for the Girls XC state bound minibus from Aligs Shell! The bus will leave school around 11:20 to 11:25. It will pull in to Aligs for a few minutes and then leave for Terre Haute. Parents, friends, and relatives are asked to be at the Shell station no later than 11:20. Pass the word!!!

EC Girls XC won the sectional title at Rushville on Saturday earning a trip to the Shelbyville Regional. Callie Bentley finished as the sectional champ breaking her own school record and was followed in 2nd by Jena Weiler. Addie Brewer ran a strong race finishing 6th and then Alyssa Donawerth in 10th and Emily Klem 13th. Faith Harmeyer and Delaney Donawerth rounded out our top 7 and ran tough as well. Congrats girls!

Boys qualify for regionals with a big 3rd place finish at the Rushville sectional yesterday! There were a lot of PR's and great times! It was a tremendous day and a great team effort! Bradyn Hatton 2nd, Abe Hiltz 17th, and Anthony Toler 19th earn top 20 with Vincent Keck, Spencer Lyon, Gavin Hicks, and Aiden Palmer running great races as well!
