@KemalogluOz Before I get excited about this….i check does the Doppler volume match the MOD and Teicholz SV. And has the true peak gradient been obtained from multiple windows with PEDOF. If all that is consistent data, then consider slow flow as the cause.

@ParrasJorge2 @KemalogluOz I think the most common poorly performed measurement in that equation is LVOT VTI.

Easy to take for granted the challenges we faced transitioning to digital echo. This article brought back a lot of memories of those early days (we were 1st lab in Aust to be fully digital). @ASE360 @VLSorrellImages Video Killed the Radio Star - CASE

@BeardedHeartDoc @dr_benoy_n_shah @JaeKOh2 @kaznegishi @KemalogluOz @BiancaJudyC I’m assuming they walked to their max and not that the test was terminated because we met an arbitrary 85%… if they walked to fatigue, the RPP was adequate, then I am happy to call it negative without further qualification.

@BiancaJudyC @BeardedHeartDoc @Becho2106 @KemalogluOz @sturwohld @RobChamb87 @NMerke @echo_stepbystep @kaznegishi In my experience UEA is excellent for TR. the volume of RBCs is small and enhancement is super useful. In AS though, ALL the RBCs are passing through the EOA, so it’s not an enhancement issue, but a lineup issue. Also high risk of detecting 2nd harmonic artifact in these cases

@BeardedHeartDoc @BiancaJudyC @Becho2106 @KemalogluOz @sturwohld @RobChamb87 @NMerke @echo_stepbystep @kaznegishi I agree with @BeardedHeartDoc that more opening than you appreciate. The high gains on the Doppler makes me nervous you are missing the true signal. If the gains need to be this high, you aren’t getting through the opening. I don’t recommend UEAs in these cases though.
