Of course it’s about the $. Bottom line: if the Yankees offered $775, Cohen would have gone higher. If $800, Cohen would have gone higher still. He was going to get him. If the Mets offered less, he’d be a Yankee. And that’s not a criticism of Cohen or Soto. This isnt complicated
@eboland11 True, so let’s not pretend it’s not just about the money. It is, 100%. Not luxury boxes or farm systems or anything else. And that’s OK.
