Hold my beer. The leading problem with Philippine public healthcare is the lack of primary and general care. The lack of specialist care is a problem too, but that’s easier to tackle if you get primary and general care sorted. More centers like PGH/SPMC/BGH rather than PHC/NKTI.
Another thing that Congress passed: regional specialty hospitals akin to the Marcosian "bopis hospitals" (Heart Center, Lung Center, Kidney Institute). I wonder what #MedTwitterPH thinks of this.
