@VRBO and here we are on the last night of our trip, and you won’t cover our entire lodging even though we were told you would. You couldn’t house us in a VRBO because of no availability and now you won’t even cover what you said you would.

@vrbo not to mention this is after we rebooked because your team requested we cancel the original property we booked on behalf of the host.
