If you're a high-achiever on an understaffed team, be cautious about extra work. Say no when your primary job would suffer, there's no clear exit strategy, or the ask is unreasonable. Use a “positive no” to protect your time while still offering help. 🙅‍♂️

Given the many priorities to juggle and tensions we experience, you can see how AI-enabled writing might help you tackle the problem of overload and overwork.

Big news moments can be emotionally charged for staff and organizations. As a manager, it's on us to lead with empathy: pause before reacting, offer transparent updates, set clear priorities, and adjust expectations for teams. Compassion builds resilience. 🗳️
