@CALonghurst @LeilaniS @TheLizArmy @myopennotes Hi! Of course I heartily agree, but there's no way in hell I'd recommend Grok for patient data. :-) Everyone I know in AI for healthcare seems to agree that transparency is an absolute must, & this entire platform has been transparently biased and sometimes vengeful

@janoldenburg There are some activities that *require* a pharmacist to be on duty. When there's only 1 on staff, overlap=0 by definition. Example: at my Walgreen's there are certain meds I'm not allowed to pick up when the pharm's off duty. Others, I can. That *must* be a state reg

@HITeaWithGrace I saw this - not sure I'd place huge confidence in a snapshot of a paper print(!) but I'm glad the family took action when in doubt!

New post on the #PatientsUseAI Substack by @GFry, the pioneering #PatientEmpowerment guy who in 1995(!) created ACOR, which helped save my life. Today he's *hugely* into generative AI for patients. Check it out!

@janoldenburg Walgreens is exactly the same - in my area anyway, they only have one actual Pharmacist on duty at any time! And IIRC, regulations had to be created to FORCE the employers to let them have a lunch break!

@chrissyfarr Happy to keep an eye on y'all to see how that's workin' out ... so far NOBODY I've seen in the industry has been willing to punt chasing the current brass ring, because no other ring is apparent, and that's a genuine problem! Except @ChaseDave, Lucien Engelen, Mark Cuban

@DeltaHQ_ I just saw this reply now. Where are you from? Your English isn't very good so I'm worrying that this isn't going to be a rewarding use of my time. Hint: "To allow us further." is not good English. Also all relevant facts are in my tweet. You wouldn't let me into the lounge

@hjluks I'm amazed at how many people IN HEALTHCARE have never heard of sarcopenia (nor the Beers List, for that matter). It's as if they were trained by trainers from the age of "Old people are gonna die soon anyway, so why bother?"

@Brian_Eastwood He is simply, purely, once & forever the guy who early in COVID said we'd soon hit herd immunity. (Feb 2021: "By April.") Either he's a really bad scientist or a pure opportunist. p.s. WE STILL DON'T HAVE IT. Prediction: in 2 months 46 mos later: um oops.
