I keep putting this off and #TFconBaltimore is a little over a month away; so now's a good time to do that lol. As always, OC's are fine, I tend to prefer to draw in a TFA-skewed style, but if you don't want that, that's fine, just let me know, it doesn't affect the cost.

Back in 2015 Derrick was tasked on working on designs for a project involving @BABYMETAL_JAPAN(I think that’s the right one?) and because of time or something, he paid me to ink and color (and draw one of the skeleton guys) the characters. It was a lot of fun. I miss him a ton.

Style swap! Bumblebee done in the Gobots cartoon style, and Scooter done in the TF cartoon style! I ended up giving Scooter an action shot and Bumblebee a more static one because it highlights how both shows generally felt. (I love both franchises, btw!)

I was trying to not get too emotional but now it's all gone off. I really appreciate his sister for letting me know. I appreciate my friends that have helped me in the branches of his life I'm more of a stranger in. Derrick changed my life a lot. I'll miss him incredibly.

I appreciate his sister giving me permission to say something. I tried to tell those I knew that he'd want to know but I always forgot someone. This makes it easier for them to find out. I hate this news, but I also hate the idea of forgetting to tell someone important.

I’ve only just realized that today is TFA’s anniversary. I’m gonna watch some TFA while I work. Working is the only way I know how to cope with things- even if those things hinder how productive I can, being in motion helps prevent my rusting from tears. If that makes any sense.
