There are many no parking signs lining the Athol St. CYCLE way in @oshawacity, but there's no enforcement. Cyclists have reported many cars parked illegally along this road to by-law, but the city response is "call while the vehicle is still there". Just down from City Hall :(

Relying on cyclists to call and complain every time, seems not to be working @TownofWhitby Suggestion; 1) elected officials - look out the front window of Town Hall 2) town staff - look out your back window - Hint - it is 100 m from where you park your enforcement vehicles.😏
