I often hear things like web3 is 80% hype marketing and 20% product. I have a bias towads focusing the other way, but I think this is incredibly short sighted and frankly dumb. Hype marketing has a shelf life, it burns hot and then burns out. The projects that have lasted through multiple cycles are product driven.
