@DamnItzDan I agree with rayleigh because being vice-captain literally means you are the second to lead after Roger It's an important leadership position But characters like King, Zoro, Sanj, Gaban, Marco shouldn't belong there

Guess the wiki doesn'z consider Gaban as part of the leadership anymore which fits with King also not being apart of it.

In terms of powerscaling it is simpley implied that rayleigh > gaban overall In sports a difference of 1 point doesn't have to mean that one is better than the other overall But in this case it is implied. The sports argument is irrelevant.
