I’m happy for me and our CEO to visit the regulator or any grievance redressal body of your choice and open all our records, along with you. We have offered a new survey to you. And happy to re- process your claim. We don’t operate like this. It’s easy to brand organisations as fraudulent based on one incident and construe the whole company as unethical. Like I said, we are more than happy to address this openly. I’m in no way defending that something might not have gone wrong. And we are trying to verify the identity of the names you mentioned. I sincerely apologise for the trouble you have had to go through. It’s our mistake 100%, however labeling it as systemic fraud is something I would like the opportunity to address it with you, so that you can change your opinion.

@Virag127 @AckoInsurance Sir, if there is a problem with your car, we are happy to fix it again. We help with repair of 1000s of cars in a month and usually do not see quality of the work as an issue. In case for some reason there has been an issue, we are very happy to fix it.
