@ajlamesa @AlecMacGillis For sure. Just saying there’s value in having a bunch of factories on the ground in a red state, so the employer lobbies the senator not to kill a tax break, and that senator quietly tells the GOP majority leader he’d rather it doesn’t get to the floor.
