Did you notice that the ANB032 agonist was compared to a "BTLA ref antagonist" and the ref antagonist was a better agonist than ANB032? Did you notice '032 causes down regulation of BTLA (functional antagonism)? Was the ref antagonist... LLYs (that failed)
