Working Doubles Today : 8&9 Set 565: 2x2 Current Weight: 327 Goal of the day was to maintain depth as I was overloading . This was one of my better squat days overall felt good about my ROM.

It’s alright to drop weight and reinforce form and technique. Personally enjoy smith rows you get the consistent motion without too much strain.. 6x 15-20

Atlas Squats is one of my favorite variants . You can go heavy but it’s not necessary the ROM will give you the activation and work you need . I usually do 6x10 after my primary movements

Heavy chest day x rep day . Started out Raw but noticed my shoulder was slightly agitated so I switched over to my Sling Shot; one of my favorite pieces of equipment to use. 365: x8 x6 Top 425: x2 x3

Elevated RDLS. This will be the primary way I’ll do these going forward . Makes for a deeper stretch in the glutes and hamstrings. Using the bar as anchor to keep stability . 6x10 makes for a solid burn with the auxiliary movement

@nappytreee They can be interchangeable but there some differences such as weight distribution i.e. weight being on your bacc vs the weight being held in front of you and good morning primarily target strengthening bacc muscle vs RDLs target glutes , hamstrings . I do both

@XoX0_Ari @TheBrawnyGent I would recommend doing increment increases especially if you’re coming off a primary lift. At the angle you’ll be in 50-80lbs would still be heavy
