@Greens should seriously consider @SenatorJordon for Party Leader. Not because he just won the biggest election victory in Greens history for a WA leader. Not just because the community love the guy. And not just because of his integrity. It's time. @AdamBandt @TheGreensWA

I have a personal favour for those who admire the work of Senator Jordon Steele-John and his advocacy for our community. He’s holding a campaigning phone party tomorrow night. I’m flying to WA and will be there. But you can join in from other states. Can you help? Deets up next.

Our friend and quiet achiever Peter Lane-Collett, who died of COVID (contracted from a support worker). He leaves behind Marayke, family, friends and community. Beautiful memories. But Peter still had a life to live. Our lives are of the same value as others.

Dear Community I said I had an announcement - this is it! A FREE activism course for disabled folk. Only cost is a subscription to Disability Busters! The course starts in March. We need to organise, activate and fight back. Let's do this thing!

Please check out and share my story in today's @GuardianAus "The NDIS, like Medicare, is insurance for all of us – a safety net that ensures reasonable and necessary support for everyone in our community, should we ever need it." See the full story: https://t.co/RzM98V2dF3

By amplifying the voices and experiences of people with high support needs, the Australian of the Year could help steer the narrative towards human outcomes

***PLEASE URGENTLY SHARE*** This is bad. And this is now. Let’s talk about the codesign process that the NDIA are undertaking right now. Or, as we like to call it - the ratification of a foregone conclusion. Remember NDIS independent assessments? #independentAssessments #auspol
