It was a wild year, but worth every bit of heartache and sacrifice. Hope y’all out there have a great new year. It’s kinda weird not living in this lil car anymore, but it’s a chapter of my life I’m sure my mother and I will never forget. I’m finally able to get back to what I love, but I also get to start over with a fresh life. Darkest before dawn….. Many nights I thought I would die… Many nights I thought my ma would die… Many nights I’d wonder if I could ever make anything of myself…. Many nights spent knowing I can’t give up but wanting to…. Many nights physically fighting off crazy people in Cali and Austin…. Many nights wondering why my dad doesn’t really care…. Many nights spent missing my little sister just wishin’ I could go back to takin her to the movies when she was just a little tyke Many nights spent in apathy attacking anyone and everyone, wondering what will become…. I understand it a little more now. I had to change, and I’m still doing just that. Man, I’m not perfect and I’m sure I’ll epically fail on being a good human all the time. There’s a greater purpose for it. Happy New Year everyone. Hope you all woke up ready to do something cool this year. New record THIS YEAR FINALLY. Then they have that “Uber” law that’s basically making it illegal to hire independent contractors. It’s nuts. You have to go to Uncle Sam just to commission a painting…now they don’t “enforce” it that way at the moment, but at a drop of a dime, they can just hit you with it. Like 15 states already have this law and it’s rapidly hitting all the other ones. It’s insane.

One of those moments that’s shocking but not shocking. Kinda get numb to reading about these kinds of things, what with Operation Gladio etc. etc., but to see it actually acknowledged at the government level is a different kind of feeling.
