The spend of the Marshall plan that rebuilt Europe after the second world war, over a period of 4 years, has been put at just about $ 13 billion. Approximately, $ 150 billion in today's money. Foreign development partners have spent up to $2.6 TRILLION in African countries since early 1960s and we have remained 3rd world ever since. Something is wrong somewhere.
