@RepGregMurphy For me medicine is a calling. But It is frustrating to watch reimbursement cuts year after year, robbing of autonomy, more admin burdens, private equity dictating practices. I don’t blame many of our brightest graduates sneaking away to med tech for better life.

I’m amazed how much Thrombectomy devices have improved over the last several years. This one is with @InariMedical Flowtriever. Unable to clear the thrombus with another device but flowtriever pulled this out along with some chronic fibrous material in two suctions
