Q buff for 10% AP ratio and 40 base dmg
E nerf for 20 base dmg (ability used 3x per rotation
P nerf for 10% AP ratio (used 2x per rotation)
R nerf 5% onhit
TOTAL: -20 base dmg, -10% AP ratio, -5% onhit

- Q ratio helps waveclear (1hp caster minions) + spammable spell so the 5% can add up
- W CD makes melee matchups even easier
Problem:
Mid meta is ranged mages/adcs, making W CD irrelevant.
Liss‘ fundamental issues remain unaddressed
