@ronan_45 He really kicked on last year and has been playing in some (Maybe not major) leagues 🇿🇼🇳🇵. Northamptonshire’s T20 side is fascinating because Bopara, Willey and Zaib can be 12 overs of bowling that bat in the top four. It gives them a lot of options!

@DwyerAdam78631 @zimcricketpod That’s the thing though. He is Middlesex’s marquee player and they can’t afford 🌎 players. If playing for 🇿🇼 makes him unavailable for a lot of the ☀️ they might pass on him, otherwise they’d still desperately want him. 1000+ runs @ 5 and 30+ wickets is what he brings in the CC!

@zimcricketpod Thanks. Middlesex have a lot of financial problems and have been getting by without an overseas player. He’d still be the first name on their team sheet even if classed as such. It’s just that obviously he then wouldn’t be available all the time.
