Incredible news! I am sure this will be available in very small quantities but still an important landmark for cultivated meat.
For the first time ever, you can buy cultivated meat in retail. Available in the frozen section at Huber’s Butchery, #GOODMeat3 is made with 3% cultivated meat in combination with plant-based ingredients, similar to how we've always made our chicken.

We have ongoing projects in the lab addressing those limitations but we think this represents an important step forward in our understanding of OA genetics. It was a fun collaborative project. Feel free to reach out with questions, comments, etc.
