I’ve saved a documentary on Denis Law to watch again because this sad day has been coming for a while with Denis unwell. I shall watch it tonight with tears. I saw him as a wonderful player, got to know him in his retirement. He was sharp and funny.. Special. God bless you Denis.

@footballmemorys First time I met Jim was when he was with Boston . He was player- manager but he was painting the stand. There was lots of success for the Eagle to come and through it all we remained friends and had a drink or three along the way. RIP Jim.
